Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC) prospect Toney Baker admits that not too much has changed in his recruiting process over the past few months. The 5-10, 220-pound tailback continues to list North Carolina, North Carolina State, Tennessee, Virginia and Virginia Tech as his top 5 schools.

“It’s pretty much still the same 5 schools at the top,” Baker said.
