Phoebus (Hampton, VA) star running back Elan Lewis appears to be eyeing the Division I-A in-state schools as well as the University of Maryland according to Phoebus Head Coach Bill Dee. Though Lewis lists a top 5 or 6, Dee believes 3 really stand out right now.
“He lists his top 5 schools but I definitely think it’s Tech, UVa and Maryland,” Dee said. “I think that's his top 3. He likes Tennessee too and I guess the fifth one would be UNC... and maybe NC State would be there.”
