Following a season where he finished with a Virginia High School League-record 4,434 yards of total offense and led Gretna to a Division 3 State Championship, quarterback Vic Hall is busy trying to make himself an even more dangerous performer. Specifically, he’s been working to improve his already impressive speed and quickness.

“I’ve been working in Acceleration,” Hall said. “It’s a training program that makes you faster and quicker. I do that three times a week. I haven’t run the 40 since I started doing it, but I think my time would be faster than 4.5.”
