6-2, 270 pound Randallstown High School (MD) defensive end Melvin Alaeze made his way down to Blacksburg on Saturday. He didn’t participate in the camp but did make an unofficial visit to see the facilities and talk to the coaching staff.
"It was a mainly positive experience," Alaeze said of his visit. "I liked the campus and the coaches. I met the players and talked to them about what campus life is like, what the coaching staff is like, and what they do after football season. Basically they were very positive about everything, including the coaches. It was a fun experience."
