Burns (Lawndale, NC) wide receiver Josh Briscoe has received a total of 14 scholarship offers and is still receiving interest from several top Division I-A programs. Recently, he cut his list down to seven schools. Although these programs are in his top seven right now, he admits the other programs are not necessarily out of the running.
“I have 14 offers,” Briscoe said. “I recently released my top seven. In the order they offered me, those schools are Duke, NC State, Virginia, Nebraska, Tennessee, Clemson, and Georgia. I had to cut my list from 14 to seven. Those are the schools I’m focusing on right now, but eight thru 14 still have a chance.”
