Linebacker Denzel Burrell of Columbia High School in Maplewood, New Jersey has committed to Virginia, according to assistant coach Greg Cooper.
" Denzel Burrell has committed to the University of Virginia," Cooper said. "He visited there for their Junior Day and spring game and just felt really comfortable with the players and the coaching staff. UVa was the first to offer and they have always been high on his list. He visited a few other schools but he didn't get the feeling from any of them that he had at Virginia. Virginia's where he wants to be academically and athletically."
