Marshall, Virginia, and Virginia Tech will have to wait one more day for the decision of Westfield High School wide receiver Eddie Royal . Royal, who is the state's top offensive prospect, said he will announce his decision tomorrow during a 10:00 am press conference at Westfield High School.
"I'm going to announce tomorrow," Royal said. "It's going to be at 10:00 in the morning. I still haven't made my decision, and I have some more thinking to do tonight. All three schools are still in it."
