Matawan (NJ) defensive tackle prospect Carl Howard is down to just four schools, and has two official visits remaining before he will make his decision. The four programs he will choose from include Rutgers, Maryland, NC State, and Virginia Tech.
"Yeah, these are my final four," Howard said. "These are the schools that I had the best relationships with. I'll definitely know which one I like the best after I take the rest of my official visits. I've been to Rutgers and Maryland already and I go to NC State on January 16th and Virginia Tech on January 23rd. Virginia Tech is my last visit."
