Andre Brown ended his high school career in style. The 6-1, 205 pound tailback has cemented his rating as one of the top tailbacks in the country. He led JH Rose (Greenville, NC) to a 4A state championship, captured Gatorade Player of the Year honors for the state of North Carolina, and was offensive MVP in the NC/SC Shrine Bowl.

"I'm a little bit surprised at my season," Brown said. "I mean, I just wanted to reach the goals I set for myself, and I knew if I did that everything else would take care of itself. I didn't know I would be getting this much though."
