Westfield (Chantilly, VA) capped off a storybook season with a Division 6 Championship title, defeating Landstown 35-14 in the title game last weekend. In the game, wide receiver Eddie Royal had four catches for 45 yards, two rushes for 15 yards and a touchdown, and scored one touchdown on an electrifying punt return.
It was a typical game for one of the state's most explosive prospects. Royal finished his senior season with 45 catches for 920 yards and eleven receiving touchdowns. He added two scores on the ground and even more through punt/kick returns.
