For a Virginia Tech program that needs wide receivers, Hargrave's Justin Harper has some good news. "By Wednesday [Dec. 10th], I'm going to make my decision," he says. "I think I'm going to commit to Virginia Tech."
Harper, who stands 6-4, 190, and runs a 4.5 forty, told Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer and quarterbacks coach Kevin Rogers (who recruits Hargrave for VT) the news today at the Hargrave combine.
