A new team has surfaced for Conestoga Valley (PA) quarterback Jordan Steffy ... Penn State is now in the mix for one of the country's top dual-threat quarterback prospects.

Steffy made an official visit to PSU this weekend, and enjoyed his time in Happy Valley.
