Virginia Tech landed one of the top running back prospects in the country last week, when Jack Britt High School (Fayetteville, NC) tailback George Bell committed to the Hokies.
Bell, who is 5-11 and weighs 225 pounds, rushed for 600 yards and seven touchdowns in three full games as a junior. He suffered an unfortunate knee injury in the fourth game, which sidelined him up until last Friday night's game versus Scotland High School. Bell rushed for 19 yards on six carries in his season debut.
