Montgomery Bell Academy (TN) tight end Tom Santi committed to Virginia last night, choosing the Cavaliers over offers from LSU, Tennessee, and Iowa. According to MBA Head Coach Jeff Rutledge, Tom liked everything about the program.
"He did commit to Virginia," said Rutledge. "He loved Coach Groh and the staff that he has. He took his official visit this past weekend, and he loved the campus. He loved the academics and feels good about where the program is going. They use the tight end a lot, and he liked that as well."
