Virginia's 2005 class is starting to catch up with the 2004 class. The Cavaliers received a commitment from 6-5, 190 pound junior wide receiver/outside linebacker Maurice Covington of Southern Durham High School in Durham, NC.
Covington, who was recruited by Ron Prince, joins Gretna (VA) quarterback Vic Hall as the second junior to commit to Virginia. He chose the Cavaliers over interest from many ACC and SEC programs.
