Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) jumbo athlete Ed Wang became Virginia Tech's first commitment for the 2005 recruiting class -- and VT's earliest commitment ever -- when he verbaled to the Hokies.
"Yes, he committed today," said Stone Bridge Coach Mickey Thompson. "He's really excited. He's always talked about going to VT, and he knew that's where he was going to go, which is why he just went ahead and made his decision."
