Almost one month into his Hargrave experience, Philip Brown continues to make the most of his opportunity.
After signing with Virginia in February of 2003, the 5-11, 185 pound cornerback withdrew from Phoebus to enroll in Fork Union Military Academy. He withdrew from Fork Union a few weeks later, re-emerging at Heritage High School. There, he took Algebra and English over the summer and received A's in both courses.
