A new name on Virginia’s top target list is Rod Council , a 5-11, 175 pound cornerback prospect from West Charlotte High School in Charlotte, NC.
Council, who has nine scholarship offers, impressed the UVA coaches during the Cavaliers summer camp in late June. It was there that he displayed talent, confidence, and a winning attitude, prompting Virginia to offer a scholarship at the end of the camp.
