One of the top rising seniors in the state of Virginia has received six official scholarship offers to this point in the recruiting process. His name is Kent Hicks , a safety prospect from Culpeper high school in Culpeper, VA.
"I have received offers from West Virginia, Boston College, Duke, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Maryland," said Hicks. "Tennessee was supposed to offer, but I'm not sure if they have yet."
