Salem (Virginia Beach, VA) wide receiver prospect Shannon Lane went public with his commitment Tuesday night, choosing the Virginia Cavaliers over the Virginia Tech Hokies and Boston College Eagles.
While it was perceived that Lane would tell the UVa coaches about his commitment for the first time yesterday, he had actually already done so on his official visit.
