Antowan Bell , a 6-4, 190 pound wide receiver prospect from Overlea High School in Baltimore, Maryland, received scholarship offers from Virginia and Georgia one month ago. He has since earned another scholarship offer, and the team in question has taken a place in Bell’s top three.

“Virginia, Georgia, and Purdue are my top three,” said Bell, who was recently offered by Joe Tiller and the Boilermakers. “All three have offered.”
