This makes sense to me..
Under United World Wrestling (UWW) rules, the criteria are applied as follows:
Highest Value of Holds: The wrestler who executed the single highest-scoring move wins (e.g., a wrestler who scored a 4-point throw wins over someone who only scored 2-point and 1-point moves, even if the total points are tied).
Fewest Cautions: If the highest-scoring moves are equal, the wrestler with the fewest match penalties or warnings wins.
Last Technical Points Scored: If cautions are also equal, the wrestler who scored the most recent technical point during the match is declared the winner.
