Joe Rogan had Daniel Cormier on his podcast recently
Cormier wrestled JUCO and then two years at Oklahoma State. He lost to Cael Sanderson in NCAA finals his senior year, then went on to a highly successful freestyle and MMA career. He was on the 2004 and 2008 Olympic teams, and in '08 withdrew due to kidney failure from cutting weight. He went on to win both the UFC light heavyweight and heavyweight championships.
On the podcast he talked about cutting weight, which I thought was interesting. I think it's fairly normal for upper weight guys to weigh 30 or more pounds above their class, and Cormier said his pre-match routine was to weigh 10-12 pounds above weight the morning of weigh-in, spend time in a sauna, then suit up and walk on a treadmill. He was very specific about what he had to do to lose those 10-12 pounds. Then, after weigh-in he would get two IV bags of fluids, which I think he said was about 12 pounds, until they made IVs illegal.
Most of what I heard was about MMA and not wrestling, but still a pretty interesting podcast.

Sounds like 141 (as we knew) and 165 are still up in the air.

Got the impression Brady is the heavy favorite as starter at 165.

I'm guessing that Robie is holding off on 165 to keep competitive pressure
