Fine please explain the call and why it was correct?

And an opponent being awarded a point in a short ride out period is be definition a technicality It’s still IMO a very dumb way to decide a single elimination match in that situation If the call was correct…why is there not a warning? Had he received a previous warning (like a stall warning?) Then maybe I could see it. Or…why isn’t RT cut off at that point? In which case he still may have lost if no escape but at least there’d be a set amount of time to gain escape still tied. It’s just weird to award a deciding point that way
