Hokies all, I hope we all learned a good lesson this season with our men's team and unrealistic expectations for Neo. We forgot he was a freshman, from far-far away, and that not played ball in the USA. I hope that Ms. Sears becomes a real star, but let's all not have super expectation. I have never seen her play, but do know this: 1) She played HS ball in small somewhat rural competition--BB is a urban game 2) She scored lots of points and most say from 3 levels--who guarded her 3) She will face, in the ACC, ladies from big HS, some Mc D AA, etc., much tougher competition than her HS career So let's give KATE the chance to excel and not expect her to be all league player. Recall we expected Neo to become 1st round pick. GO LADY HOKIES!!!!!!!!.
