Accountable Refereeing. Propose penalty box for refs
First, we need a 4-person referee team at each game with three starters based on graded performance to date. When an egregious call like that an King near end of game happens, an off-site group of referees calls back and sends the offending ref to the box, bring out ref #4, perhaps for 2- or 5-minutes.
