She's not likely going to get minutes anywhere because she will have to

beat out older, stronger, more experienced players. If she does, that's wonderful. I'm not guaranteeing anyone is better than her NOW. It's just unlikely. In the mean time you're setting her up as the next Dell Curry or whomever. Which is kinda dumb as evidenced by your back-track that all of a sudden a redshirt might even be in order. Which is it? Immediate starter headed to VT Hall of Fame, or redshirt waiting her turn till next year? Or maybe somewhere in between -- getting stronger and more confident, learning the system, and earning her minutes a little at a time. I know which one I'm betting on.
