I was not overly concerned about the group chat thing

I say this from only one perspective because I don't remember enough of the details right now. If there was a team group chat that she was excluded from, then that to me is an issue. If there was a "captain's only" or "key players' only group chat, I am not concerned. I could see a coach having a group chat with the key players that he uses to communicate things like "hey, talk to player D to check her spirits", "let the players know that we are going to have a surprise practice". "hey, it would be good to make sure you take the freshmen under your wing", "hey, make sure everyone is ready to get on the bus by..." More like a leadership council group chat ....
