Seating debacle

From reading several message boards it seems there are lots of us that didn't get our seats. To me, I feel like it's a breach of contract. They told us you get to pick your seat if you pay x amount of dollars just to get an email to say you now have the flexibility to sit in GA. Which translates to get there hour and half early and hope you're not in the nose bleeds. I'm confused on how they didn't foresee this coming with the amount of season tickets purchased. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
