I'm not an expert but Ruop looks to be listed at 6-8 as a Soph/rising Jr., but whatever her true height is she seems to use it well. I think she's a project and would likely need to add some strength. What I liked most is that she doesn't give away her height advantage around the basket so when she gets a high pass inside or an offensive rebound, she keeps the ball over her head when shooting it. She doesn't unnecessarily bring the ball down and dribble it. It was hard to see how developed she is, but seems to be fundamentally sound in that aspect and has an understanding of her height advantage against the competition she faces. She seems like an intriguing player.
