Seek your insights on Duffy culture, patience in building program (see Q)

Coach Duffy and her staff seem to be patiently building a program based on culture, fit, skill and athleticism. They are resisting adding players just because they are tall or played for a top college. In our "win now" NIL era, will this strategy work?
