The NCAA is holding the women's game back big time

I don't know how they attract accomplished officials without increasing their pay and developing a recruiting marketing plan designed to lift the officiating to the level of the athletes they are judging. They are going to have to hire more men from the lower level D-1 and entire D-2 level.
