Yes, with the following exceptions
Of course, the 3 sections behind home plate with seat-backs are for reserved ticket holders who have specific seats assigned. Assuming they do Supers like they did regionals, the two sections immediately on either side of the reserved chairback seats are marked as reserved for the player/coach guest list (one side will be for Florida list and the other side for VT list). They had a separately colored wristband this weekend so that it was easy to identify if anyone was out of place. Other than that, yes GA is first-come, first-served EXCEPT you can't enter until 90 minutes before game-time. I wouldn't try to show up 2-3 hours early just to get a better seat. If you didn't buy a reserved seat or aren't on the guest list the remainder of the seats are all equally good (more or less)
