No, dude, it’s ONE ump. Next week’s guys may or may not call it but

chances are they will not do what this clown decided to do, which is to basically shut down the game for it. The consensus seems to be, call it now and then on the most egregious cases, otherwise let the game carry on. This guy today just wanted to have some fun with it.
