Didn't get to see all the softball game due to my grandson's soccer game. Had to leave with the score 5-0. Saw Kylie Aldridge's scoreboard breaking grand slam and Zoe Yeager's solo shot. And yes, I celebrated each with a swig of Jaegermister. (Don't worry folks, we were traveling in the car so Mrs Atlee was driving.) When we got back home I saw the final was 6-0 for the good guys. And my grandson's team won their first tournament game. And to brag a little, my grandson's team's first score (in a 2-1 win) came when he sent a perfectly executed corner kick across the goal to a teammate waiting on the far side who drove it home for the first score.
