The Hokies are heading to Auburn in three days and there are three opponents waiting that there that could steal a win or two. I'm working on my preview and noticed that all three are ranked in the Top 16 in the country in batting average and in the Top 26 in average runs scored per game. All three have numbers above VT although quality of competition is certainly a factor. Two of the teams are in the Top10 in slugging percentage. Troy is third in the country in steals per game. Just last year, Troy surprised Wisconsin (6-2) and USC Upstate took Georgia to nine innings before losing 3-2. The ladies have to show up ready to play. No doubt they will. Let's Go Hokies!!!
