Softball America just released their final position rankings for 2024 and the Hokies had all three outfielders ranked in the Top 12. Congratulations to all three on an awesome year: Cori McMillan (#6), .379 BA, 21 HR, 64 RBI, 28 BB, 20 SB, .949 FLD% Emma Ritter (#9), .432 BA, 14 HR, 38 RBI, 20 BB, 26 SB, 1.000 FLD% Addy Greene (#12), .424 BA, 14 HR, 49 RBI, 35 BB, .959 FLD% Only Florida had more than one player in the Top 15, the Gators had two: Korbe Otis (#2) and Kendra Falby (#7) Once again, congratulations to all three for an outstanding year. Former Hokies Kate Kobayashi (#16) and Emma Jackson (#23) were also in the Top 25.
