Another new rule is allowing electronic communication devices
It's a slow time, so I thought I would point out a couple of additional rule changes per Justin McLeod:
"Allowing the use of an exclusively one-way electronic communication device from the dugout to the field for the purpose of relaying the pitch or play call. This is similar to the PitchCom system used in Major League Baseball."
Leaving early can also be reviewed.
"Revising video review to:
1) Include runners leaving the base prior to the touch on a fly ball (tagging up), runners missing a base and runners leaving early on a pitch. NOTE: Runners leaving early on a pitch is only allowed by a coach’s challenge and may not be initiated by an umpire."
And finally, ALL home runs (remember the Clemson HR that was called foul, but since it was above the foul pole, the old rule said it couldn't be reviewed)
"2) Include all called/potential home runs."

I'm amused by the "one-way" part of the communication.

Note the word "touch" on a fly ball. Fly ball does not have to be caught

It's always been "touch" in all levels of baseball and softball

Yup. Perfectly legal. It's surprising how many people believe otherwise.**

Otherwise, the outfielder could juggle, the ball back into infield**
