there has been. With so few teams and so many potential players that could make rosters, I could see players from last year's rosters not being on teams this year simply because there are so many potential players. I know draft, expansion, players stopping due to personal life, etc. leads to turnover. With a couple of leagues, there are opportunities, but, like the WNBA, not many.
