Sure you are clear....

and you're not wrong about constructive criticism intelligently and rationally communicated about a decision or even several decisions. The body of work of the OP's posting history says that is neither his focus, MO or intent. The poster has been given more than enough second chances and benefits of the doubt to adjust his behavior. Each time he doubles down yet again. It is the owner's decision as to how they choose to handle the poster in question.
