Agreed. Alot of games are going to come down to individual performances

not necessarily "the team." Or an individual's mindset versus the team's. For example, Mazzarone acknowledge after the Friday Georgia Tech game that she needed to refocus and reset after the first inning because she was not quite locked in.... that is an individual performance thing. Batters striking out or popping with the bases loaded and no outs is an individual situation. Not blasting any players.... Just saying that we as fans often talk about the team when so much comes down to an individual making or not making a play in a given moment. What was their mindset at the time of that play?
