My understanding is…

… that at the pro level there has traditionally been very little “coaching” aside from those who are playing in Japan. Generally, players are learning from each other, trying different things, adapting, etc. It isn’t that there is NO coaching, but to a significant degree the players sink or swim on their own. Of course, the AUSL is new, so it would be great to hear from Cori what that experience has been like, but I am inclined to believe that not much is likely to have changed from previous versions as far as “coaching” is concerned.
