What can the umps look at?

Are they limited to one specific thing the coach is challenging, or can they look at all runners leaving early and verifying everyone touched all the bases?

As Chip posted, they get 2. Just wasted one.**

Really, really wasted it. Or did they challenge touching HP?

Would deter them. It’s cheap. Unless it’s obvious someone leaves early
