There's only one quick turnaround

If VT has to play in the elimination game tonight (10 PM Eastern), the regional final on Sunday will come quickly and I'm not sure you'd want to start Sunday with whoever pitched the Saturday night game. From last night to this afternoon's winner's bracket game, there's more time in between to come back using the same pitcher.
