I think this spinoff could be fine as a standalone
I only did a very brief search to compare against Disney, so this is surface level. What I see is that this spinoff could be roughly $60b+ annual revenue. So not as big as Disney, but not too far behind. There is room for growth or to spin off segments of the NBCuniversal. Whatever the outcome, it’s going to cause some changes over the next few years. And right before NFL contracts and NCAA conference and playoff contracts are up. Side note, the Universal studio tour in LA was really interesting. Even my kids thought it was fun.

This one will have a ripple effect. It affects ND and the Big Ten
I am surprised people are not seeing the effect it could have. If a Netflix or Amazon buy them than a new era is upon us.

Yep, and don't forget that Apple is hanging
out deciding what to do. The get a major four linier might be too enticing for a major company that wants in the sector to ignore. Paramount just made a move to expand into linear, it wouldn't surprise me if Netflix made a move to counter Paramount/CBS.

Skydance would have moved bet, but they can't now.. Seeing more
consolidation.
