TCU only has 11k students. It would be adding another WF/BC

ACC has three main options available if they want to expand. Assuming ND is never going to join. Football focused to get to 16 WVU, Cincy Basketball focused to get to 16 Kansas +1 (not sure if KSU is a package deal with them) All in to 18-20 WVU, Cincy, Kansas, (plus 3 from KSU, ISU, OK St, UConn, UCF) I don’t think the ACC needs to get into Texas at all. Leave that for the PAC to grab if they want.
