Here is my college football playoff proposal
Feel free to poke holes in it. Or take pieces that you might like and add your your models.
The key aspects.
1. No changes to conferences or regular season games or existing media contracts.
2. Conference championship games disappear and are replaced by Playoff play-in games.
3. Playoffs are separated into three groups, resulting in three national champions (one at each group level).
4. Playoffs are separate from the conference races. Playoff divisions require every team to look out for themselves.
