Two weeks ago came the report that USC was attempting to circumvent the Big Ten media deal by scheduling ND at a neutral site location and selling the rights to the game to Netflix. The Big Ten's media partners were, predictably, irate. Now comes the news that USC has teamed up with Michigan to try and torpedo the Big Ten's proposed private capital deal, and they appear to have, as of today, at least stalled the process. I find their alliance ironic, as Michigan likely still has an ax to grind with some in the conference office after Harbaugh's suspension during their 2023 run. Mo' money, mo' problems...
