Things to look at maybe with the ESPN look-in

Let's say FSU and Clemson are all-in to get out and end up willing to pay $500 million to get out (don't ask me where the $$$ comes from). Will these lawsuits end up saving schools like UNC or possibly VT if they want out but don't want to spend? My thought process is if FSU and Clemson shows their plan to get out before Feb, then ESPN re-signs thru 2036, but with less money per team. Thus, by 2027, that $500 million to get out for other schools could drop because of less years to account as well as it shows that the TV revenue won't be as high in 2027 as now. So, to get out of the league then, maybe it only costs $200-$300 million - not accounting the ACC teams receiving some of that $$$ from the $1 billion that CU and FSU pays (whatever a couple of years of them paying back goes to the other schools).

Leaving the ACC could cost VT nothing if a judge in Pickens County SC rules

I think the B1G may be interested in adding FSU for the big population
