Divide annual distributions - the top half of the league gets 60 - 70% of the media money, and the bottom half gets 30-40% of the revenue. Make the distribution model one that teams from the SEC, BIG, and B12 would change conferences for. Include the revenue from the ACC championship game, and the ACC tournament. The reported numbers for a playoff game appearance is between 4-5M. Win a natty, and your talking close to 15M. Do the same with the NCAA, and or Bowl games. Maybe consider more money for neutral site games like VT vs. Tennessee in Bristol. Just spit balling, but if there was ever a time to be creative, it's time for the ACC to step up to the plate. You have a "decent" media deal, but not in the neighborhood of the BIG. How about coming up with a format that could push the top ACC teams closer to those numbers, and let the bottom feeders of the conference help subsidize it?
